Today's location is different from my usual training grounds... Why, because I had to travel to a different city and since my good friend @brandonk wanted help with some fitness advice I decided to create some workout tips to help him out. So in today's workout, you will find me without my daily yoga mat and dumbbells lol

So in today's exercise, we will be looking at how to take some stress off our shoulder area.
