Hiking is a great way to incorporate some "unintentional hill work" into your training regimen. The way I do it, though--and the reason I do it--is for fun, and for the experience. The "hill work" is just a nice added benefit that's part and parcel of the package.
I got sort of "lost" yesterday and found a new trail head which led me to the top of Gomadoyama mountain. It was an altogether interesting experience for a variety of reasons. Check out the video below to come along for the hike!
