Aloe smoothie with lemon:
As I mentioned, aloe contains some very necessary nutrients to lose weight, and if you add the lemon it will be a magic potion:
Ingredients:
- Spoonful of aloe gel (15g)
- A lemon
- A glass of water.
- Honey (20g)
¿How to prepare it?
- Simple, take a knife and carefully cut the aloe, extract the liquid with a spoon.
Cut the lemon in two.
- Enter the two ingredients already mentioned in the water and put them to boil, you have to mix until the ingredients dissolve, wait until it is lukewarm.
- Finally put the honey to give a better flavor.
Notes:
- This should be taken on an empty stomach and wait at least one to two hours before eating something.
- Do it at least 5 days a week. (You can do it every day you will see better results).
