Ingredients:

  1. Spoonful of aloe gel (15g)
  2. A lemon
  3. A glass of water.
  4. Honey (20g)

¿How to prepare it?

  1. Simple, take a knife and carefully cut the aloe, extract the liquid with a spoon.
  2. Cut the lemon in two.

  3. Enter the two ingredients already mentioned in the water and put them to boil, you have to mix until the ingredients dissolve, wait until it is lukewarm.
  4. Finally put the honey to give a better flavor.

Notes:

  1. This should be taken on an empty stomach and wait at least one to two hours before eating something.
