As women get older it is more necessary to exercise, so they have to start their daily routine to keep their body fit and healthy. Therefore I have brought some recommended exercises for women over 40 years of age. It's never too late to start exercising, but it's always best to start early, so I recommend following the steps below:


  1. Lateral push-ups:

Position yourself horizontally, extending your legs and extending your arms, place your right hand on your waist and move it down. You can do this exercise for 10 to 15 seconds.


2. Buttocks:

Place yourself with your hands and knees on the floor, then to execute lift one foot up. You can do 3 routines of 15 repetitions. There are many buttocks exercise, but this is one of the most suitable for someone of 40, so simple and results it gives.

3. Jogging:

It is one of the most recommended exercises for people of a certain age, so it is advisable to walk regardless of age because you will always have good results.
