Hello to all fitness lovers and others who read my post, today I come to bring you and a series of routines to improve your pectorals quickly and effectively. We must bear in mind that they are "superset", that is, they will be more intense than what one can normally do.

¿What is Superset?

It is the set of exercises that you elaborate continuously without rest or that the rest is little. It is more effective since you can tone and make your muscles grow faster.

Before beginning the explanation will have three exercises in mind:

  1. Bench press incline with dumbbells.

2. Crosses with high pulleys.

3. push-ups.

I put images that can help them to avoid much explanation, so you can get to the point of this post. Now, to execute a "superset" you must elaborate the three that I have just presented at the same time, you will begin with the inclination of the bench press with dumbbells, elaborating 30 repetitions; We move on to the next one which is Crosses with high pulleys, with 30 repetitions and then we finish with some push-ups elaborating 20 repetitions.

You will continue to elaborate this at least 3 or 4 times depending on your resistance capacity.
