Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing fine?

Here goes another workout today.

I have not been feeling healthy recently as I've been having irregular blood flow in my body so I I decided to be engaging in regular work-outs in order to be healthier. My muscles have not been in good shape and feel some of my tissues need to be alive again, so I feel regular work-outs will improve my stamina and fitness level. I'm currently weighing 65kg and I'm is 6.4ft tall. I'm also a slim person

My first gym experience I posted last week was fun and at the same time horrible. It was fun in the sense that it feels good training in an environment where people cheer you up, encourage and guide you on how to position your hands and legs on during training. It was really fun lifting weight back and front, engaging in abdominal sit-up and bench-press.

The horrible part was the severe pains it left in my body because I've not been active in this area. It felt like a punishment taking my bath because I was in pains and couldn't scrub my back with sponge. Putting on my shirt also was seemed like hell due to the pains I was feeing in my body. Although, I felt relieved after a few days but hey! It wasn't funny.. Anyway I got to the gym this morning and met my guys 😁

I will try to be hitting the gym at least three times a week and I will make it a point of duty to be posting my new workout pictures. The workouts that require equipment and the ones that do not require equipment.

Today's fitness training

I didn't really do much. I woke up a bit late and the first thing I did was 20 press up X 5set before going to the gym. Doing this and mastering it will prepare your body to carry light weights or other aerobics.

I hit the gym and today's workout centred only on weight lifting. I didn't do abdominal or bench sit-up today. I focused on weight lifting not to build my muscles but to increase blood circulation throughout my hands which has not been circulating well.

I used our 25kg weight to do 20 push ups X5 sets and I made sure I rested for at least 5 minutes between every set. Like I said in my frost post, I'm just coming up so I can't go beyond 25kg. I belive I can go beyond that with constant practice.

I also did weight curling with an 8kg weight. I did 15 curling X 5 set on my right hand and the same on left hand. This has to be balanced to avoid disproportionate development on your right or left hand.

This is just the summary of today's workout. I know that good nutrition more, good feeding, intense workout, and adequate rest(sleep) is the real deal. Putting these things in order will yield quick results.
