Motivation Monday with @hellsbelle: Week 5
Finally! I've successfully completed 4 workouts this week. It's been a while since I did all four workouts so I am extremely proud of myself. Also I'm really happy that I don't have to pay $10 to the pot. Swolesome on the other hand only did one workout this week. Therefore, he owes $10 totaling the pot to $80. Because I have technically been doing better at this fitness challenge than Swolesome, I think that it is only fair that I choose what the money will be used for. I'm thinking something along the lines of a NASCAR race. Or maybe going to see one of my favorite drivers at a meet and greet. Swolesome, what do you think? Measurements Arms-? Thighs- ? Calves-? Waist-? As you've already noticed I don't know what my measurements are for this week. I have misplaced my tape measure and I can't seem to find it. I've searched high and low and it's nowhere to be found. I'll keep looking. If nothing else I'll just buy a new one. Last week's goals My goals for last week were to exercise four times and be more conscious of what I was eating. I would say that I succeeded in both areas. I did four workouts; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. I was also conscious about what I was eating. I might not have eaten healthy for every single meal, but I did make some healthy choices over my original non-healthy cravings. I mentioned last week that I'm not on a strict diet and I refuse to diet during the holidays. The holidays are all about eating yummy (mostly unhealthy) foods and I'm not going to deprive myself of that. However, I am trying to be smart with what I eat and how much of it I eat. Once January rolls around I'll be more strict about what I eat and we'll start to really see some real results with this fitness challenge. Moving Forward My goal for this week is to exercise four times and drink 80 ounces of water per day. That's five 16 ounce bottles of water a day. I've been able to tell that I haven't been drinking enough water just by looking at my skin. My acne is flaring up and my skin just looks dull and lifeless. I'm hoping that staying hydrated will help out with this problem. Do you think that my goal for this week is attainable? Could you do it? Comment below! XOXO @hellsbelle 🖤
