Hello everyone! Welcome! I hope all is well with you! Today will be a post on the top of supplements, in my opinion for best results in the gym. Remembering that is my opinion, I am not proving that they are really the best. Below I will talk about what it is, and its benefits. Top 1 - Creatine What is Creatine? Creatine is a molecule with three amino acids (L-arginine, L-glycine and L-methionine), produced in the liver and kidneys It's not a vitamin, nor a mineral ... nor a steroid! We can say whey protein is the cornerstone of supplementation. It is separated during the process of processing milk into cheese. However, none of these sources has as good a quality and bioavailability as whey protein. It has large amounts of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), essential in muscle repair and growth.
