See The Overview Of My Gym Centre (Pictures)
Recently, I decided to start to doing things a little bit different way so that my blog will be interesting to readers Going to the gym this morning, I decided to take pictures of all the events so that I can make a post with it. In my area, there's a gym centre that has been existing for the past five years. This is a place where fitness trainers always train every morning. We always assemble there very early in the morning while those who go to work very early always do their own training in the afternoon. Just sit back and relax while I show you what makes up our gym centre My gym centre is made of customized weights. Most of them were constructed by local welders while some of them were moulded with cement. The ones moulded with cement were constructed by bricklayers. We normally contribute money among ourselves to build these weights. These are all the weights have This is the picture of my colleagues gyming. Sometimes it could be very competitive because there are people who will always boost or show how powerful they are 😁 We also have a table tennis. While others are doing fitness training, some actually play table tennis. Sometimes, I play tennis too just that I'm not really a good player. Below is the picture of those playing table tennis this morning We also have a mat and a stretcher (I don't know the real name though). From the picture, you're going to kneel down holding the stretcher with your two hands. Then you roll the stretcher to the upward position at angle 45° and then return back to you knees. This is a bit difficult as it requires a lot of strength. We also have weight bench. This was bought two months ago and we are contributing towards buying another one. When I told my friends I wanted to make a post about our gym centre this morning, they asked me to take a picture of them and they will like to see their pictures on Scorum. Its ok to have fun while working out......
Working out should not be all boring and serious. It is ok to have fun while doing, at least in order to catch your breath after some rigorous routine. Dancing during or after working out does it for me. Although i am not a very good stepper but i try to have fun with my moves regardless. I am an extremely shy person when i am in front of the camera, especially when i am not delivering a lecture or a speech. But i can proudly say that my dance moves have improved over the years because i kept at it most times during or after my work out sessions.The video below is one of my funny moments after a long workout session. The song i was dancing to is a song by TUFACE IDIBIA a.k.a TUBABA Nigerian, one of the greatest musician to ever come out of the continent of Africa. He featured another fast rising talent from Nigeria, PERUZI. The title of the son is called "Amaka". The song was basically talking about how he, TUBABA and PERUZI were waiting for Amaka in their house but got disappointed when she didn't show up.. Amaka is a popular name amongst the Igbo tribe of the Eastern part of Nigeria.I decided to dance to this song in my SCORUM shirt because Amaka is one of the most played songs on radio and Tvs across the continent Africa presently. Moreover i am a big fan of TUFACE IDIBIA. His talent, voice, craft, music and longevity can not be matched by any other artist in this present generation, perhaps in the past too and the nearest future. Another important thing about this video apart from my SCORUM shirt and TUFACE IDIBIA is the kind of dance i was doing. Its the presently the most popular dance step in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. It is called "SHAKU SHAKU". Another dance that is making waves here in Africa is the South African "GWARA GWARA".
