Danielle Rugani (24, Juventus) has effectively failed to transfer to Chelsea.

According to a report by the French RCC ,Davide Torchia, Rugani's deputy, made a huge proposal in an interview. The scale was unimaginable. But Juventus did not accept it.

Rugani was chosen as one of Chelsea's strong recruitment candidates this summer. Maurizio Sarri (59) who established the priesthood in the past, strongly wanted Rugani's entry.

The recruitment process seemed to be smooth. According to Italian media reports, Chelsea has agreed to a five-year contract with Rugani, which includes an annual salary of 4 million pounds.

Specific transfer fees were even mentioned. Chelsea offered to Juventus a hefty transfer fee of 45 million pounds to help Rugani enter the country.

However, the transfer was cancelled. "Juventus has no intention of transferring Rugani," Torchia said. In Italy, it was the same even if any team offered a large amount of transfer fee that could not be afforded.

"It is common to hear about such a serious proposal. But Juventus rejected all suggestions to protect we "Rugani is expected to be given more opportunities this season," said the team.
