Despite not having their all-time high scorer Cristiano Ronaldo, Portugal played well with full of confidence, they improved more and they beat Poland. But it was forgettable 100th appearances for Lewandowski. He didn't make any impression and barely touched the ball. But Piatek played perfect football for Poland. He was in class. He scored yet again, for the country. He scored in his debut Serie A match and now he is top scorer in Serie A.

Portugal dominates possession and their attack was unstoppable. Poland looks like very well in first 20 minutes but didn't maintain their form. Fine header by Piatek gave a lead for Poland but in-form Andre Silva levelled at the 31st minute. For me, Btaszczykowski's ultra stunner from out of the box was an awesome goal. That volley was perfect and Patricio had no choice. Both teams made good performance but Portugal put more effort into the game. Bernando Silva scored a fine individual goal to seal the victory against Poland in UEFA Champions League with an impressive performance.

With this win, Portugal is in the top in their group with 6 points while Poland and Italy both have 1 each.
