Honestly, Ronaldo goals were covering up when he was with the team but now with he gone, Bale and Benzema need to stand up in all fairness. Benzema played wonderfully against small teams but when it comes to competitive match his poor form continuous. And the only pace is not going to work for Bale. Bale can find a score with his ability to run hard and hit hard but only if he can control ball perfectly. Honestly, another fact is we were not able to bring someone like Hazard to replace Ronaldo. People can argue but its a fact. I know we lost to Sevilla even with Ronaldo but not like this. Asencio should be given the freedom as he is a sharpshooter like Ronaldo but why Lopetegui allowing him to play full time in every match? He is still not able to step up full time in every match. Why not he is giving little more time for Vazquez and why not fixing Vincious Jr. in matches? Everyone can imagine, without reinforcements, we can see a lot of such embarrassments in coming matches.

And another problem is overlapping defence who got caught deep forward and can't get back. Marcelo is the man in question, mostly he plays as if he is a winger and Ramos too, he plays if he is a striker. I can't believe what going on with Ramos. Marcelo control ball brilliantly but he doesn't have enough pace to get back when the opponent tries a counterattack. I think Ramos wants to take responsibility of team but he can do this from his yard not with try to being what he is not. Lopetegui supposed to play Odriozola in the absence of Carvajal, not Nacho. Odriozola was in a great form and he dropped, not good. Ramos supposed to cover the left flank when Marcelo move forward but Ramos himself played as a striker and there was no Odriozola. Nacho made too many mistakes. Only Casemiro and Courtois played well otherwise score could have been 6-0. With this types of poor defence and lack of attacking, we will be in humiliating nightmare again and again.
