Napoli defender Raul Albiol doubts Cristiano Ronaldo can score a lot of goals in Serie A. Previously, Rabiol had witnessed Ronaldo's sharpness while still playing at Real Madrid first.

As is known, Albiol had a Real Madrid uniform for five seasons, 2009-2013. Unfortunately, his togetherness with the Spanish giants was stopped because he moved to Napoli.

This season, he has to deal with Cristiano Ronaldo who is now in Juventus uniform. The task of escorting the Portuguese star is believed to be difficult, because he was able to score a lot of goals during Los Merengues first.

Even so, Albiol claimed not to believe that Cristiano Ronaldo's sharpness would be the same as when he defended Madrid first. Given the rigors of Serie A, he believes the 33-year-old man will not be able to score many goals.

"It's very difficult to score 40 goals [here]," Albiol said when asked to predict Marca's goal this season.

"Football here is different from the one in Spain," he continued.

Even so, he feels grateful for Ronaldo's presence in Serie A. For him, the winner of D'Or Ballon has managed to attract the attention of football lovers who have been distracted from Italy since the Calciopoli case.

"Even so, his arrival in Serie A is a blessing, now there are many people who are interested in our five," he said.

Ronaldo has recorded three Serie A appearances with Juventus this season. Unfortunately, he still hasn't been able to put his name on the scoreboard.
