Last Words

As a Nigerian and a super fan of the Super Eagles my joy is filled to the brim that the Super Eagles made it to this year CAF African Cup of Nations after missing out in the last two editions after winning the 2013 edition the Super Eagles could not even defend the title they won, so to me as a football fan in was boring to some extent as this inner satisfaction was not just there.

The Super Eagles AFCON qualifications was one the best in over a decade as they qualified with a game at hand even after starting on a losing note in the Nest of Champions. Nigeria Odiong Ighalo was the highest goal scorer with 7 goals as he sent a clear message to other countries.

I was around to bring live photo shoot on Nigeria vs Libya game to this platform in with everyone really appreciate and I was being encourage to keep Scorum fans posted in every local game I covered.

To seal the joy, FIFA ranking released early this month pushed Nigeria to Pot 1 as they can now prevent all the team that could have been a threat at the group stage level.

What more can I say than to say a very big thank you to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State for their total support to the Super Eagles and to the massive fans who always come out in their numbers to cheer them to victory, we heart you guys. One love.

Thanks for staying tuned.
