770 goals in official matches. That was what it took to beat the record Pele once set. That record was finally broken by Cristiano Ronaldo earlier tonight. In a post on social media, the Portuguese took the magazine by the mouth and put words to the farm at the same time as he sent a greeting to Pele at the same time. It has now got the Brazilian to the keys, and he sends a big congratulations back to the 36-year-old striker:
The number of goals Pele scored has been discussed. Some believed that the Brazilian legend "only" scored 757 goals during his career, while others, including Cristiano Ronaldo, believed that Pele reached 767 goals. Either way, achieving so many goals requires something very special, and Pele also acknowledges this in his message to the Portugues.
