The six biggest Premier League clubs had signed and signed up ready, but now the first have officially started withdrawing from the deal and the rest are expected to follow suit.

According to the BBC and SkySports, Chelsea and Manchester City were the first to explore the possibility of withdrawing from the agreement with the other teams after the project has met with huge criticism throughout the football world.
