The Premier League's Christmas program is in full swing with all that entails. Many teams have to play matches only two days apart, and several of the clubs have already chosen to save players who would normally start inside. In Jose Mourinho's Tottenham, however, it may prove difficult to save players, as the London club has been hit by several injuries before the showdown against Fulham.

Tottenham have had to do without midfielder Giovani Lo Celso in the last few weeks, but it is especially in the offensive positions that "The Lilywhites" can get into trouble, as Carlos Vinicius, Lucas Moura and Real Madrid loanee Gareth Bale are all out with injuries. The injuries to Vinicius and Moura are not expected to keep the Brazilians out for more than a couple of games, but Bale is said to have sustained a calf injury, which Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho expects to keep the Welshman out for a few weeks.
