Crisis in Real Madrid continues. After serial loses that leads to Lopetegui's dismissal, now the club find it hard to replace the manager. Real Madrid already talked to several candidates, but no one accept the offer. Real Madrid could end the season without definitive manager.

Already two managers refused job offers at the Santiago Bernabeu and the club president, Florentino Perez, has difficult time finding the third figure.

Los Blancos have just sacked Julen Lopetegui after just 14 matches at the Santiago Bernabeu. The ambitious targets set by the club have caused many coaches to be reluctant to accept the job, or or asking for a compensation with very lucrative contract.

Antonio Conte is the most favorite to take over as Real Madrid's head coach, immediately after Lopetegui's dismissal.

But the Italian coach is no longer interested in the vacant position, and plans to take a long break from football. Some of the Los Blancos senior players are said to be unhappy with the possibility of his arrival, mainly because he is very hard on players and uncompromising.

Meanwhile, Michael Laudrup's agent said the manager is not interested in Real Madrid even though he has been unemployed since leaving Al-Rayyan. Given everything that happened in Madrid, now is not the right time. He doesn't want to go back to the club without considering the situation.

Reports show Real Madrid have turned their attention to Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino. Florentino Perez is said to be willing to offer him a five-year contract with a salary of 20 million dollars per season.

Santiago Solari has been promoted from the Real Madrid B team to temporarily take over the position in the main squad. However, it was not seen as a long-term solution because he did not have the experience to take such a job permanently.

He can be given time until the end of the season because Perez admitted that recruiting Pochettino in December would be very difficult. The club president is reported to be patiently waiting to get the candidate in the summer of 2019.

It is hoped that Pochettino can also persuade Harry Kane's long-term transfer target to join him in Spain. If the pursuit of the Spurs coach fails, they can turn their attention to the Belgian national team manager, Roberto Martinez.

But taking such job with high target is not easy. It is now still unclear when will Los Blancos have new manager.
