Despite the controversies surrounding the ex Chelsea player, West Ham manager David Moyes says the 27-year-old will be available for the game against Leceister City in the premier league. Moyes had earlier been condemned for including French defender Kurt Zouma for the EPL fixture against Watford. Zouma had paid a fine of £250,000, been dropped by Adidas, and had his pets taken from him by the RSPCA but David Moyes believes the player is regretful about his actions and reiterated his support for the player stating the fact that the club is well behind him, even though the incident had led to West Ham losing deals with patrons Vitality and Experience Kissimmee.

There has also been backlash at the defender's brother who filmed the event as his team Dagenham & Redbridge have announced he won't play any of their games this season.

Zouma will be available for the game but how long will this saga continue......?
