With the Welsh man pushing off Lucas Vasquez's hands off his back and ignoring teammates after scoring a goal this weekend, all eyes are on his situation at the Bernabeu.

It is no longer a new story that Gareth Bale's situation at Real Madrid is not getting any better despite playing at the club for the past six years, scoring crucial goals and lifting trophies. The winger's situation at Real Madrid with coaches seems to always fall on a negative state.

He arrived the team in the era of Carlo Ancelotti from Tottenham, regarded as the club/world's record signing, good or bad, he is expected to start every match provided he is fit. Under Carlo, Bale's first season at the club was prosperous and smooth, scoring a crucial goal at the Uefa Champions league final and an indelible solo goal against Barcelona in the Copa Del Rey.

The fans were joyous and optimistic as regards his signing, greater things were to be expected from the Welshman as he was clearly seen and regarded by some as Cristiano Ronaldo's replacement. Fast forward five years after that first impressive season, Bale has lot the faith of almost all Madridstas, the media and as well his coach and appears ready to reach for the door handle.

The seasons after his first at the team has seen the Welshman suffer from injuries, a total of 22 of which eight has occurred on his left calf muscle.

There are reports that these constant injuries is as a result of Bale ignoring medical advice from the Madrid team and has travelled to Wales for international dutu severally whilst injured coupled with his love for golf, a sport that has carries great risk for his back.

Another worrisome aspect of Bale's situation at Real is that the winger has failed to integrate fully into the team by failing to learn Spanish and most times, avoid get together dinner with his teammates. Whatever is going on actually with him and the team would elude us actually as the media are just finding scraps of evidence from researches.

Realistically, Bale has been fundamental to the successes of Real Madrid in recent years and in some ways, is right to be annoyed at how he is being treated by the team, media and fans. He has been relegated to the bench by previous coach Zinedine Zidane, with Isco preferred in a 4-3-1-2 formation with Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo the forward two. Recently under current coach Santiago Solari, the winger has seen young Brazilian Vinicius Junior take over the spotlight meant for him after Ronaldo's departure. Bale was expected to roam freely in attack, especially on the left wing, his favorite back at the days with Tottenham football club but with injuries not helping his case, the Welshman has seen 18 year old Brazilian Vinicius Junior solidify the left wing as his and Lucas Vasquez preferred mostly on the right with Bale left on the bench to the irritation of the Welshman.

The last match against Levante saw him continue on the bench with Lucas and Vinicius preferred over him and also he wasn't called up as the first substitute even while warming up with the other players, prompting the winger to reach for the bench and sit with the players on it after Fede Valverde was called up before him.

It is also reported Gareth is clearly angry with some of his teammates for leaking out his private lifestyle as he is clearly a more private person. Thuibat Courtois was reported to be the man inviting his anger after he narrated the Welshman's golf hobby to the press.

It is true Bale has been of utmost help for the team and he has clearly repaid the amount spent on him but reports of his stubbornness and inability to learn Spanish dents his image and doubts his willingness in the team. He indirectly threatened to call his agent under Zinedine Zidane because he is not getting good minutes on the pitch and with Lucas and Vinicius ahead of him on the roster, he is likely to be considering the agent call up again.
