Franscesc Fabregas Soler is a Spanish professional footballer who currently plays for England side Chelsea FC as a central midfielder. Fabregas began his football career at Barcelona's youth academy(La Masia), he left Barcelona's youth academy at 16 in 2003 to sign for North London side Arsenal FC after feeling he would get lesser opportunities at Barcelona's first team. Fabregas returned to Barcelona from Arsenal on 15th August 2011 after a complicated transfer saga. He played three years at Spain before returning to England in June 2014, this time around at Chelsea FC.

At Arsenal, Fabregas made his mark as a beautiful footballer in the central midfield, he was a good passer, able to pick out players in the offensive third with pin-point passes. He was fortunate to train with Theiry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp and Patrick Viera at Arsenal, these players and others helped Fabregas grow and gain more experience. Evident from his speech in the recent interview.. "In the middle of training, I just have my mouth open, he said. "I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The first touches of Dennis Bergkamp, the presence of Patrick Viera and the finishing of Theiry Henry, I was just fortunate".
Fabregas started winning awards at Arsenal,at just 16years and 177days old, he became the youngest player to appear in a league match for Arsenal and the youngest player to score a league goal. He has a World cup winning medal to his name and two premier league titles. Now, he has added to his award room, the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD FOR THE FASTEST PREMIER LEAGUE PLAYER TO REACH A CENTURY ASSIST.
He achieved this record with his assist to Willian in Chelsea's 4-2 win to stoke city on 31st December, 2016. It was his 293rd premier league match, 74 matches earlier than second placed Ryan Giggs, who needed 367 matches to reach the landmark.
Cesc Fabregas is one of the most creative mid-fielders football has ever seen and he sure is deserving of this award..
