Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo who currently plays for Italian Giants Juventus won’t deny he misses Real Madrid to the core.

Cristiano Ronaldo rose to stardom at Manchester United under then caretaker Sir Alex Ferguson but the Portuguese achieved the huge success he is pictured with today at Spain with Real Madrid.

Real Madrid bought Ronaldo in the year 2009 and the Portuguese went on to life numerous trophies and win several individual accolades he never dreamt of winning. Life was going well for both Ronaldo and Real Madrid until end of the 2017/2018 season when Ronaldo submitted an exit requirement.

Juventus would be the Portuguese’s next destination and typical Ronaldo love challenges and without doubt, he would be the main man at Juventus but the reality that has dawned on the star player today is, he left majority of his success tool at Real.

In Ronaldo’s first year at Juventus, for the first time in more than a decade, Ronaldo failed to score up to 30 goals. He stopped at 27 in 42 games as opposed to over 40 goals he normally scores while at Real Madrid. We can attach that drastic dip in goal ratio to new environment and age catching up with the Portuguese but it seems the numbers might get lower at the end of the season.

It is without doubt that the Italian Seria A is a very tough league but so is the Premier League and La Liga but Ronaldo was blessed with a more comfortable environment and experienced star players. At Juventus, his midfield, defense and attack are definitely not up to the standard he had while at Real Madrid especially and this has led to a dip in both form and goal scoring for the Portuguese.

Real Madrid on the other hand is suffering just like the Portuguese. No other player has come close to replicating his 50 goals a season and just as they are suffering in Spain in his absence, Ronaldo is suffering at Italy in their absence. This is how cruel life can be.
