Los blancos albeit badly injured would be looking to get all three points against Sevilla

The daylight of tomorrow would witness a clash of class, revenge, superiority, et cetera. Real Madrid would welcome Sevilla at home and would be hoping to win all three points and climb to third position.

The first leg of this same league clash saw Sevilla fire in 3 unreplied goals and earn all three points at the Sanchez Pizjuan. Real Madrid approached that clash with the normal first minutes "languid" performance and the gung-ho approach from Pablo Manchin's men put Real Madrid to the sword as they had no reply or explanation to how the goals were going in and saw Julen Lopetegui sacked weeks later.

Injuries..

Bad luck through injuries has been Real Madrid's major problem this season. The 3-0 loss against Sevilla saw them miss several key starters and going into this second leg, they face more serious injury cases.

Striker Karim Benzema is doubtful with a broken thumb. Attackers Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio, Mariano Diaz are all injured and a recent medical report from the team shows keeper Keylor Navas, who has stood in between the sticks for injured Thubiat Courtois find himself in the treatment table as well. Who will stand in between the sticks against Sevilla?

Although recent updates show Courtois has resumed training with the squad and Benzema also trained with the squad but the management team would not want to rush them back soon to avoid a lengthy stay in the sidelines.

Sevilla come into this match at the back of a bad streak after collecting just two points out of a possible nine in three league games. They have also been sent parking from the Copa Del Rey by Athletic Bilbao. Striker Ben Yedder usurped Andre Silva as the team's top scorer after the latter, a new signing produced impressive goal scoring prowesses, especially in the last fixture against Real Madrid where he registered two goals to his name

Sevilla haven't won at the Bernabeu for the past 8 matches and coach Pablo Manchin and his men would be looking to upset Real Madrid for the second time and this time this season, in front of their own fans.

Conclusion..

Minds are still contemplating on who is to start between the sticks for Solari. With his two first and second choice keepers injured, Third choice keeper Castilla recently sold to Leeds, the goal post cannot be left empty. Who would be occupying that position if both injured keepers are not passed fit?

The attacking section is another problem for Los Blancos. Karim Benzema was pictured training with a bandaged hand and is expected to make the starting line up in the absence of other attackers. 18 year old Brazilian youngster Vinicius Junior appears to be one of the brightest player in the team at the moment and a well decorated pie that bring smiles on the faces of fans.

The youngster for past matches has impressed not just the coach but the Madrid faithful with performances way beyond his age. It is only a matter of time before he hits the world stage if he continues at this pace and only aspires to grow higher.

We all look forward to seeing how Solari would approach the match. A surprising formation like that of the 3-5-2 tried against Real Betis is likely to be on the cards again as this is must win match for Real Madrid and they cannot afford to slip further down the table.
