The busiest club team in this ongoing transfer window is currently handling a squad that is statistically considered the most experienced and complete football squad in the planet.

Real Madrid has had the opportunity of recruiting several players reported to be recommended by current coach Zinedine Zidane. These recruitments have added weight, talent and class to the team compared to last season to the extent there is still considerations for offloading.

Players like James Rodriguez, Dani Ceballos, Isco are still on the “OUT” consideration list and these players are very much experienced to be starters in any team. They are currently considered an excess because there are more experienced and needed players available and a little bit of bias or ignorance from the club officials but whatever the case may be, Real Madrid football club is still very much complete without them.

The attack of Real Madrid which was rightly considered weak and incompetent last season has experienced quality additions to the extent some would be considered for the Castilla team.

There are still rumours of an additional Midfielder on his way to the Bernabeu and that is another happy-worry situation for the coach and the squad.

In a nutshell, there isn’t a position in the squad right now that is not having a solid and trusted competitor right from the goal post to the frontline and that is very healthy for a team seeking to reclaim its lost spot in the football world. However, talented players don’t work tooth and nail to entice a club and get bought only to play from the bench, which brings us to one very question, how would Coach Zinedine Zidane handle this dilemma?

Example of such dilemma is the recruitment of striker Luka Jovic for over 60 million Euros. The striker is expected to compete with Frenchman Karim Benzema who has been the team’s undisputed striker since 2012. Jovic who impressed greatly with Einthract Frankfurt last season and caught the eyes of the Spanish giants who in turn went to any extent to snatch him away from competitors cannot be bought for that amount only to watch matches from the bench. Zidane is pretty much a fan of his compatriot Benzema and it is expected that either one of the two lovely strikers should forward the team against tougher opponents, who will that be?

The case of Brazilian Vinicius Junior, Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vasquez, Gareth Bale all are competing for the remaining two attacking spots, who will bench who?

These and other areas of the pitch featuring unfair yet needed competition is surely going to give Zidane sleepless nights heading into next season but we all hope the coach has got great plans in mind and that should be pointing to one aspect, “GREAT MANAGEMENT”.
