It feels great, blogging once again on one of the best blogging platforms in the world.
It looks like I am just returning to Scorum but in reality, I never left. I have been a constant patronizer of the Scorumbet platform and if you have been winning some Scorum coins on Betscorum since this year began, place one palm on your chest and say "Oh poor Austino, I have been drying out his coins all these while."
That's by the way. Back to the big question, "What now Real Madrid?"
Los Blancos has been typical Los blancos. Starting the 2020/2021 season in rollercoaster fashion. They appear to be toughened up enough to embark on an unbeatable season before complacency set in. With that came two consecutive losses against a team that just climbed up from relegation, Cadiz and a team that lost almost all of their first team players to Corona Virus and injury, Shakhtar Donetsk.
These losses apparently infuriated every Madridsta to the extent of the President visiting their dressing room briefly after the Uefa Champions League loss to Shakhtar.
Next in line after the Shakhtar game was El Clasico. One of the most anticipated and intensifying game of football. A win and nothing short of it is what Real Madrid and their coach Zinedine Zidane needed to salvage themselves and a win is what they got.
They played their best game of the season against Barcelona last weekend and each player, their best game of the season.
After the very much impressive win, the losses against Shakhtar and Cadiz were immediately forgotten and everyone is already looking towards the future.
The congested fixtures of this season announced Real Madrid will be returning back to the pitch for another competitive fixture pitying them against Borussia Monchengladbach in a Uefa Champions League encounter in Germany.
This match is just as important as the El Clasico last weekend as the pride of the giant Spanish team is at stake and as well, their hopes of qualifying for the knockout stage.
Real Madrid currently sit last in the group table and would be looking to win this fixture today, secure the three valuable points, make a terrific statement of their major comeback and willingness to avoid complacency and fight for every title just as their fans anticipate. Can they pull this off?
