The former footballer Michael Ballack, who played both for Bayern Munich and Chelsea in his time, is confident that the German club has more chances to beat the opponent. Ballack emphasizes that he is completely neutral and has his fingers crossed for both teams. However, in his opinion, the Blues' head coach Frank Lampard has a lack of experience to win against Bayern.

Lampard started his coaching career just 2 years ago. Chelsea is his second club, thus he can hardly be called an experienced manager. The team has never won any titles under him. Even though Chelsea is fourth in the Premier League standings, the Germans can boast much greater success. The champion of the Bundesliga since 2013, Bayern is leading this season too. The club has won all 31 games since August.

The first Chelsea vs. Bayern match in the Champions League 1/8 finals will take place on February 25, and the second one is scheduled for March 18. Michael Ballack believes the Germans have all chances to win the UEFA Cup this year, although Liverpool will certainly not want to give up.
