While Russia was excited to host the 2018 World Cup, there was a strange debate in the country. And while some are advising Russian women to stay away from tourists coming to the World Cup, Putin's spokeswoman Dimitri Peskov told reporters "Russian women can do whatever they want, only concerns them because they are the best women in the world."

Russia is hosting 2018 World Cup but different aspects are discussed in the agenda of the country, not the aspects of football.

The debate is that whether Russian women should sleep with the tourists or not.

The person who raised this discourse is the Communist Party member Tamara Pletnyova. The 70-year-old politician and member of the family committee says that Russian women are afraid that they may become pregnant with strangers.

Children born were exposed to discrimination in the country, as a result of sportsmen and tourists coming to sleep with Russian women 28 years ago.

The anchor, Yelena Kangha, said that Pletnyova's explanations about the children of the hybrids were immoral.

Inna Zhirkov, wife of former Chelsea star Yuri Zhirkova, is one of the supporters of the sex prohibition call.

Inna claimed that Russian women are 'smooth' women, they would not look at anyone other than Russian men anyway.
