Manchester united problems are well documented with their poor run of form leading to the inevitable sack of Norwegian Ole Gunnner Solskjaer earlier this season and the subsequent appointment of Ralf Rangnick to steady the ship until the end of the season.

Meanwhile, the team's performances under the interim manager has been nothing short of unconvincing since he took charge at the Old trafford dug out, and all effort so far to improve has proved abortive, as can be seen in their recent defeat at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

In addition to this, several players signed in the summer are not living up to expectation and even the established ones like Portuguese Bruno Fernandes who were having prominent roles in the team are not performing as expected.

Note worthily, their Spanish Goalkeeper David De Gea has been their best player so far this season with some top level performances in games where his team were totally outplayed, which says alot about Manchester United performances defensively.

Consequently, the only way Manchester United can get back to their best and start performing better, is for them to play as a team, rather than depending on individual brilliance which so far has not been forthcoming.
