A few weeks ago it was reported from the English media BBC that the English national team player Marcus Rashford was going for a walk on the operating table and this is confirmed by his club, Manchester United, now on the club's website.

Manchester United will not announce when Rashford is expected to be back on the training ground, but according to Sky Sports, Rashford will be out for 12 weeks, and he will therefore be back at the end of October. Sky Sports also writes that Rashford wanted to undergo the operation immediately after this summer's European Championship finals, but has had to wait until now, and the Englishman will therefore miss the start of the season in the Premier League.
