The England Premier League is often referred to outside the Uk as the EPL, it is the top level of the English football league system.

It's Contested by 20 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the English football league, the first 4 clubs that finish on the top will contend for UEFA Champions League, while the fifth will contend for Europa League and the last three will be relegated to England Championship in the following season.

So with all these challenges all the clubs will try and reinforce by looking for a good player that can help them, to compete in a bigger level by the following season.

The reason why it's hard for a player from another country to perform well in the English Premier League, are

  1. English Premier League is one of the toughest competitions in Europe.
  2. Not all players from another country understand the English language which will affect their communication withing their teammates during the match.
  3. Premier League officiating is very ash sometimes, this can affect the player performance. Because some of the players do afraid of being send-off because of a minor offense.
  4. Premier League coaches build more on their defenders than any other country, and this will make it to be difficult for any striker to score more goals in a single match. For these reasons, it will be difficult for any players from outside the Premier League to come and perform well instantly, it may take them years to understand the competition.
