Manchester United vs Wolves

As always, we all can’t wait for the premier league action this weekend. Matchday 25 kicks off this Saturday as there are lots of much-anticipated fixtures coming up. Man United face another difficult test this Saturday as they battle it out against Wolves at home.

Man United are coming from back-to-back league losses and trying to avoid 3 losses in a row. This season has been series of ups and downs for them and so far, they haven’t been able to cement their stands in the top 4 race even though they are still one of the major favorites for the top 4 this season. They face Wolves at home this Saturday, a game that some of the Man United fans know that they can drop points, as Wolves have already shown countless times that when you are looking for a team to upset the big teams, they are the ones to call upon. This is a must-win game for Man United if they want to stand a chance of closing the gap in their top 4 race. A loss wouldn’t be the end of the world for them, but that would mean 3 straight losses and a possibly dropping down to 8th on the table.

United will be going into this game with only one goal in mind and that is to get all 3 points at all cost. They know how difficult this game would be but at the same time, they are the more superior team and should be getting a win at home. They are expected to set up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, but there’s also a possibility that Solskjaer could change to a 3 at the back system to match Wolves formation wise.

Wolves are facing Man United yet again and for them, they will be hoping to upset Man United at Old Trafford. They are probably the most reliable team outside the top 6 that can cause any of the big teams' problems and made a name for themselves as the big teams’ nemesis. They have a great chance of going above Man United if they get all 3 points at Old Trafford this Saturday and will be relishing the opportunity to do so. Even though they are the underdogs in this fixture, they still have a great chance and are more than capable of going to Old Trafford and getting all 3 points on their day.

Wolves are expected to set up in their usual 3-5-2 formation. Like some of the teams in the premier league, they have a certain way of playing especially against the big teams. We are expecting a Wolves team that will be very disciplined defensively and will most likely set up to counter-attack.

What do you think will be the outcome of this fixture?

I would love to read your thoughts and opinions… Enjoy your day.
