Manchester City vs West Ham United

Another exciting premier league fixture especially for the Man City fans. So far so good, it has been an amazing premier league matchday 26 as we await the continuation of the ongoing premier league action tomorrow. Man City is set to host West Ham at home as they look to return to winning ways.

Man City are in a low at the moment due to the news concerning their 2-year ban in all Uefa competitions, meaning that if the ban holds, they will not be participating in next season’s champions league regardless of where they finish in the top 4 this season. This news came as a shocker to all Man City fans as they are gutted and are hoping that the club appeal comes becomes successful. Back to premier league matters, Man City have most likely lost hope and optimism in the title race as Liverpool are so far apart that it is even easier for them to win the league than for them to lose it at this point. This means that Man City will have to settle for second position and the other trophies left to play for. They will be facing West Ham at home later tomorrow, a game that City are expected to get a comfortable 3 points as they now turn their attention to securing second place on the table.

City are expected to set up in their usual 4-3-3 formation, and as always, we know what to expect from Man City in terms of gameplay.

West Ham are in a terrible situation at the moment and have somehow found themselves in the relegation zone, sitting 18th on the table. Their last 5 games have been abysmal and are already one of the favorites to exit the premier league. Nevertheless, all hope is not lost for them as there is still time for the to turn things around and escape the relegation zone if they manage to get a couple of wins and positive results from now till the end of the season. They will be facing Man City at the Etihad later tomorrow, a fixture that many consider as good as lost for the Hammers as their current form doesn’t do them any favour going into this game. However, it is not an impossible task like we have seen in the past as West Ham can upset any team in the premier league if things go well for them.

The Hammers will most likely be going into this game in a 4-1-4-1 formation. As the underdogs, they are expected to set up to counter-attack and also utilize their set-piece prowess to try to upset Man City.

What do you think will be the outcome of this fixture?
