This post series of “what do you expect from the top 6 sides next season” is getting really interesting for me. As expected, this post is about yet another top premier league team and what we should expect from the next season. In this post, I will be focusing on Liverpool…
Liverpool are in a low state now as their chances of winning their first-ever premier league title is being delayed by this whole coronavirus problems. Their misfortunes have become a thing of concern to many of the diehard Liverpool fans and have obviously become a meme to the fans of other clubs, that each time they look like they are close to winning the premier league, something somehow happens to stop them from achieving their goals. Nevertheless, this season isn’t over, as they will most likely be champions when everything returns to normal soon.
This season has been phenomenal for the Reds in terms of how they’ve progressed as a club and if not for this coronavirus problem, they would have most likely be crowned champions of EPL by now. Each season has seen them become better than the previous one which is why a lot are expecting to see an even better Liverpool team next season.
Last season they won the champions league and came close to winning the premier league... this season, they will most likely win the premier league title… if you look at their growth pattern and how they’ve always been better each new season, it is logical to imagine that they will be a lot stronger next season. if they filly win the premier league this season, they will most likely be going for the double or even triple next season. They’ve shown that they are strong enough to win as many trophies as they want in a single season.
For me, I think Liverpool will be one of the teams no one wants to play against next season as they will be too strong for many. Klopp has proven that he doesn’t settle for complacency and always wants his team to improve and be better than the previous season… with this, there is no doubt that Liverpool will be up there challenging for the premier league title and other competitions next season. I think they will be stronger than they are this season and will be a lot more motivated to achieve more next season.
