These are previews from the Belgian Jupiler League with all the latest on team news, player form, injuries along with my personal betting angles, ...

Not the best Saturday but I did manage to limit the damage overall being just slightly down on the week so far. 3 interesting matches today...

Cercle Brugge vs Anderlecht

This is basically a match between teams who have nothing to lose with the only option being winning the match without being able to settle with a draw. Cercle is last in the league 7 points behind on Oostende who lost on Friday while Anderlecht is in 10th place having 7 points behind on playoff 2. Cercle in many of their matches played ok but they have a rather hard time to score despite going forward and always end up losing. Anderlecht put up an encouraging performance last week against Club Brugge but also was left with no points. I do expect both teams to just go for it from the start but hesitate to take a bet on the over because both haven't been exactly free-scoring. I have some leans mostly on the favorite as a possible collapse of Cercle is not unlikely and the over bit will leave all my options open for live betting. No Pre-Game Bets

Kortrijk vs Club Brugge

Both played cup matches during the mid-week that both ended in a 1-1 score. Club Brugge goalkeeper made a rare mistake aside from them being defensively strong again and Kortrijk was lucky to get away with the draw after another Lamkel Zé Show. They did, however, take a good start in that match but were unable to maintain it. Betting wise it's always the same story with Club Brugge, it's very hard to oppose them because of their potential if they have a good day but also impossible to back them because they aren't really underrated on the market. It is said that Kortrijk has put their focus now on the Cup and will rotate their squad as they have double the points of Cercle. The pitch in Kortrijk is quite bad. I do trust Club Brugge to get the job done in the end and I'm almost tempted to take a tiny bet on them -0.5 @ 1.46. I will be hoping for a good live entry on them I Kortrijk starts hot moving the line the moment they fall back. If Kortrijk somehow gets ahead or the moment Club Brugge increases the pace later in the match. No Pre-Game Bets

Antwerp vs Zulte-Waregem

Zulte-Waregem at times plays great while other times (especially against good opponents) are nowhere whatsoever. Today they will be missing some players. Central Defender Pletinx got injured and will be out for 6 weeks. Sec also got injured while Govea still is not back and Zarandia is sick. Larin will be back for this match so they will be able to play with their good offensive trio Larin, Beharino, Bruno. Antwerp Will be without Haroun and Lamkel Zé might not be in the team after the cup match. I would not be surprised to see a similar approach from Zulte-Waregem at the start of the match as they played against Club Brugge. They are also still in the fight for playoff 1 and don't have to go all-in yet making the draw not a bad result for them. Given the fact that they are in a bad streak (3 losses in league with 0 Socred and 9 against) along with the fact that they have some missings and Antwerp being a solid home team, I can understand the -1.25 home line. This is just another wait and see match where I don't have a good reason to get involved right now. No Pre-Game Bets
