Antwerp vs Lokeren

Antwerp is a solid I would say underrated team still in the league and you won't see me oppose them very quickly. They are transitioning from a defensive approach to a more offensive approach. Form what it looks like, Boloni will leave many key players on the bench against Lokeren (Mbokani, Lamkel Zé, Refaelov, Defour, Haroun). This still leaves them with a lot of quality in the squad but things like this always hurt the automatisms. Lokeren took a bad start in 2nd Division and former Antwerp player Van Damme stated that there is quite a big gap between both leagues. The odds dropped on Antwerp because of the line-up. The way I look at it right now, it might be one of those matches to back the home team if they struggle with their B-Squad after key players come in late in the match.

Standard vs Lommel

Standard got eliminated early last season against Knokke and still have that in the back of their head. Coach Preud'homme will partly rotate his team. The way I look at it, I only really trust the Standard A-Squad when they play at home if they show to be up for it early in the match so I'm very far away from being willing to back them. Lommel looks like a bottom team in the 2nd division now being in 7th place being without a win in 7 matches. It is a team that is said the be capable of defending while trying to play forward if possible. Only 3500 tickets have been sold so far. Same deal as the match in Antwerp, if Standard struggles early and brings in better players I might end up backing them.
