The match today was postponed way back in week 5 of the league because of an important upcoming European match for Club Brugge.
Charleroi vs Club Brugge
Club Brugge in their last 2 matches did not get further than a draw and continue their pattern of not being able to beat the Asian handicaps. Where closing odds have systematically been lower compared to opening odds all season long despite them getting quite the high handicaps which they usually fair to cover, things have started to turn around now with opening odds actually improving over the week. Club Brugge still is the best team in the league and they will have both Diatta and Dennis back (in the team or on the bench). Charleroi their match last week was stopped due to mist so they didn't get all that many minutes last weekend. They remain solid and are a difficult team to actually beat while they take their fair share of draws. They are certainly a team that can be backed at a low -0.25 favorite line or as the underdog. Today they will be without Rezai who came from Club Brugge as is not allowed to play which will be a blow. The combination with him being out, Diatta and Dennis being back for Club Brugge along with the rising odds makes me lean toward the visitor. I took a little bit on Club Brugge +0 @ 1.50 pre-game as it covers the not unlikely draw. I hope to be able to get in more live on the -0.25 @ 1.80 if line-ups and early match picture are good.
