I have kept my stakes to a minimum during European midweek matches but managed to make a little over 1 unit profit and am picking up some confidence again. The plan remains to proceed with caution this weekend starting tonight with 1 match.

Kortrijk vs Moeskroen

Both these teams aren't exactly high on confidence and also aren't playing all that great. Moeskroen took only 1 win in their last 11 matches while Kortrijk only took 1 win in their last 8. Kortrijk coach Yves Vanderhaege teds to play offensive at home but his team only managed to score 4 times there in the last 4 matches combined. On the road, they are usually way more defensive. Moeskroen is usually quite tight in defense and has problems creating chances when having to make the play. Moeskroen often manages to score on the road while Kortrijk is a team that rarely keeps a clean sheet. I do expect some nerves for the home side as it's a match between a direct opponent and losing this one really makes them have to look down. I'm going into this match without any bets, but I'm willing to back Moeskroen as the underdog if they show to have a good day. The side Kortrijk plays to at home always an important factor as they perform much better toward their own fans. The over in corners is also an option if the line were to reach Over 9 or Over 8.5 as only 1 out of the 14 latest matches combined from these teams in the league went under that number.
