I had plenty of bets/trades on the 6 matches yesterday and ended up with a reasonable profit of around +0.6 units combined. I didn't manage to pull any triggers on big bets and will end the year keeping things small with an eye to find a better balance in betting/trading early next year. 2 more matches today...
Charleroi vs Oostende
Charleroi is having a really solid year and is the best team against the Asian handicap lines meaning they have been quite undervalued. Oostende has improved but still isn't all that good and remains in the danger zone. A remarkable statistic is that they haven't managed to keep a single clean sheet in 2019 and they lost their last 9 away matches. Fall will be back for Charleroi and I don't see much reasons for the overall trend not to continue. I took a small position on Charleroi -1 @ 1.99 and will see how it goes live maybe taking more if possible.
Antwerp vs Anderlecht
Anderlecht took an important win against Genk and played an ok match. They do still manage to create way too little though but improvements are certainly there. They now have only lost 1 of their last 12 matches in the league which was lost by only 1 goal difference. Some players really upped their level last week (Zulj, Vlap, Lokonga). The last 2 were questionable but are set to play. The same goes for Kompany and Chadli who are available. Antwerp is in a reasonably good streak and missed Mbokani last week against Stvv. He will be back today. They are coming off 5 home wins of which 4 came with 1 goal and they have yet to lose a home match. Based on everything, Antwerp does deserver to be the favorite even though the +0.75 line on Anderlecht feels just that little bit too generous also given the fact that there are rarely early goals in Antwerp matches. I took a small position on Anderlecht +0.75 @ 1.862 and will see live where this match goes.
