These posts contain previews on matches from the Belgian League with some on my personal bets, live-betting angles, Team Form, Injuries and Team News.

The Winter break is over and there are 9 weeks to go in the Regular Season. I will be quite cautious betting wise this week because the yearly break during the winter period also opening the transfer window can change things up a bit and form of the moment is no longer that much of a deciding factor. I am mostly looking for pre-game underdogs and under bets keeping the favorites for Live Betting.

Sint-Truiden vs Racing Genk

Racing Genk has been an exceptional team during the first half of the season staying undervalued for a long time. I backed them almost blindly in the early stages and grew a bit more careful near the end as the market started to adjust. I just ran a quick scan in the spreadsheet where I track all my betting and I had a total of 139 bets in their matches good for over 6+ units profit and 8.35% ROI. They managed to keep their entire A-Squad and there is no real reason and should continue to be one of the best team during this last part of the season. The more important question however, is if they are still underrated which is not something I'm so sure off and backing them blindly is completely off the table. It will be a matter of picking your spots with this team. They will be favorites in all matches and poor pitches while the weather is cold will likely be a big factor. Sint-Truiden also had a great season so far and are still inside the Top 6 but are in big danger of having something of a fallback. They failed to win their last 4 matches and lost a couple key players (De Norre / Buya / Legaer ) and also have their best player (key in creativity) Bezus suspended. This makes them play with a lot of substitution players. Genk only miss their Goalkeeper Vukovic but will be able to play with their A-squad. The only side I'm leaning toward betting wise are the visitors and I managed to get some on Genk -0.5 @ 1.625 at Betscorum early this morning. I would not touch lower prices though and will mostly be watching out live for Signs of dominance. The poor artificial pitch in Sint-Truiden always makes betting more of a gamble and did slip up in one of their away Europa League matches that was also played on an artificial pitch.

Late team news might change my views on these matches. I take all my pre-game and live bets at Sportmarket Pro which are a European Betting Broker that is aimed towards more serious Sports Bettors. They always offer the best odds on the fiat betting market with high limits and do not restrict winning players. On some of the bets, I take a bit extra in BTC. All these bets are shared exactly as I take them right after having placed them on Nitrogensports which means the odds should be available to follow for those who want. I already have 2 early bets out for this week on Lokeren +0.5 @ 2.003 and Moeskroen vs Oostende Under 1 @ 1.983
