Luka Modric was announced the best Fifa Best Player and from my point of view he really deserve to win this award.
A lot of people says he deosnt deserve to win the award. But when you compare his records from last season and during the world cup he really made a great impact in both tournament. He won the Champions league and also went to the Finals during the Fifa World Cup in Russia 2018. He was the captain of his team. And also after the world cup he won the Golden Ball. With this records he really deserve to win the Fifa Best Player. So when you compare what he did during this two tournament to his competitors he has a bigger chance of winning it.
