English Premier League: Manchester City FC

Real Madrid top the La Liga league table for the 2021 calendar year. Los Blancos enjoyed victory 29 times in 41 league matches. Real Madrid gathered a total of 97 points and scored 80 goals. They lost just 2 league games in 2021 fewest in all of Europe's top-five leagues.
Closest to them are Atletico Madrid, league champions for the 2020/2021 season. Atletico won 23 times in the league in 2021.
German Bundesliga: FC Bayern Munich
FC Bayern Munich was unstoppable during 2021. Bayern won 29 out of 38 league games played in 2021 amassing 91 points in total. They scored an incredible 116 goals (the most) in the league in 2021 and had a goal difference of 75.
The Allianz Arena side lifted the Meisterschale last May, equalling Juventus' record as the only side among Europe’s top five leagues to lift the league title for nine successive seasons.
Other achievements by Bayern Munich in 2021 include:
- In mid-May, they set a record of scoring in 34 consecutive Bundesliga away games which they have since extended to 42 away games.
- Bayern broke Real Madrid's European record of scoring in 73 successive games and set a new record of 83 successive matches in which they scored.
- The Bavarians joined FC Barcelona as just the second team to complete the sextet in a space of 12 months after their Club World Cup triumph.
Italian Serie A: FC Internazionale
Internazionale sits at the annual Serie A table for 2021. 32 wins in 43 league games, 104 points gained in this period. Inter also outscored the rest with 104 Serie A goals. Next on the log is Atalanta with 28 wins from 44 games.
Inter Milan ended Juventus' nine-year hold of the Scudetto as they were crowned league champions in May.
French Ligue 1: Paris Saint Germain
Although they lost the league title in 2021 to LOSC Lille, PSG ended the year as League 1 top team in 2021 annual standing. In 40 league games, they won 29 times and gained 93 points. PSG scored 86 times in this period.
AS Monaco ended second with 24 wins from 40 games as well. Gained 80 points and scored 77 goals.
