Arsenal has submitted a 30 million euroes bid for 18 year old St Etienne central defender william saliba. the player already agrees with the move but st etienne are adamant and want the defender loaned back to them for one more season.

Tottenham are also interested so arsenal are moving fast so they wont lose him to their north london rivals.
