The rule clearly specify that there's a suspension for any player with 5 yellow cards amassed within a mid season, that is, 19 games whereas Bruno only had 4 yellow cards in the first half of the season and just got another yellow card that is, for this new midseason, he's been shown a yellow card once and will need four more yellow cards to be faced with a match suspension.
