Neil was very furious after the encounter against Chelsea on Sunday. His fight and strive to escape relegation zone this season was cut short again after his team lost to the Blues.

Obviously, Cardiff deserves a win yesterday but two factors I think were involved. Firstly, luck wasn't on their side and secondly, poor officiating.

The first goal came in at the 46th minute from Victor Camarasa after a goalless draw at the first half. One or Two occasions where penalty were to be given were ignored by the official, a foul on Sean Morrison by Antonio Rudiger which was obviously a penalty.

Victor's effort was cancelled by Ceaser offside goal at the 84th minute and Cheek's finisher at the 90th+ minute.

The post match interview Neil had, he said "To get let down by the officials - roll on VAR. I might be too old by the time we get VAR, but that's why we need it.

"The offside [for Azpilicueta's goal] is not even close. We've worked three weeks for this, and we get let down by decisions.

"We felt that [Sean] Morrison could've easily had a penalty"
