Juventus star Christiano Ronaldo was reported being substituted in the second match of the European qualifyers against Serbia earlier tonight.

The former Real Madrid man signaled to be substituted as he picked up what looked like a hamstring in the 29 minutes of the match. Ronaldo must have made a precautionary move to be gotten off the pitch in order to prevent further damage and Juventus will be hoping it's nothing serious as the old ladies will be set to face Ajax in the first leg of the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League on April 10.

The 4 time ballon d' or winner was making his second appearance for Portugal since the summer World Cup with the first coming at the 0 0 draw against Ukraine. Fernando Santos’ side fell behind early in the game when Tadic converted a spot kick to hand Serbia the lead but Danilo Pereira levelled matters with a stunning long range effort to put Portugal back in the lead before the end of half time. The second half strayed goalless with both sides sharing the spoils.
