Well we do need at least one winning ticket this week otherwise I will be forced to upload new funds to the sportsbetting bankroll. Sound dramatic, but it actually isn't. The starting bankroll at the beginning of the season was only 8 Euro.

The games

KV Mechelen vs Mouscron

Well roudn 6 starts this evening with the clash between KVM and les Hurles. The winner of this game will be the new leader of the Jupiler Pro League. The one who would have predicted that or KVM or Mouscron would lead the pack after 6 rounds, would have been called crazy!

Both team do have 10 points, won 3, lost 1 and had a draw. KV Mechelen tends to score easier then Mouscron. Also KVM did win all 3 home games this season, while Mouscron did loose away at Standard but won on the opening day at STVV.

I do think that KV Mechelen will keep the 3 points at home and also an over is very well possible. I don't know if both teams will find the net.

Eupen vs STVV

Already so soon in the season a relegation game. The looser of this game could get into serious problems, while the winner will have some breathing room again. Eupen did draw twice and lost the other 3 games. STVV surprised Standard at home and got a point against Zulte last week.

I slighty favor STVV for this game. They do have more quality than Eupen and do have a head coach with some tricks in his sleeves. But I will not use this game in any betting slip. Too close to call and probably an under.

Kortrijk vs Oostende

Two teams who did have an excellent start of the season. Kortrijk looks a little bit better in shape and should have 3 points more. But last week away at Standard they lost it all during the last 10 minutes of the game. This is an excellent game to include in the over or BTTS betting slip. And Maybe Kortrijk will be added as winner.

Waasland - Beveren vs Charleroi

Waasland was the first team to sack their coach. But even with a new coach I don't expect much improvement for this week. They have only scored 3 times and do have already 13 goals against. Charleroi on the other side is not doing much better. With only 5 points and 5 goals scored.

Still I think that Charleroi should be capable of winning this game. Waasland is considered at this moment the sitting duck of the Jupiler Pro League. But I don't expect many goals!

Club Brugge vs Genk

Our two Champions League entrants do face each other on Sunday. What makes this game extra special is that Clement did move from Genk to Brugge during the mid season.

I do expect an open game with lot's of chances which probably will be won by Brugge. So maybe an excellent game for an Over or BTTS.

Anderlecht vs Standard

There is always something special about this game and always lot's of things are happening.

This time Anderlecht is the wounded animal. Kompany is injured which leaves a very young defense to play with. Something which could be crumbled by Standard. But Anderlecht is still also lacking somebody who scores the goals. Only 3 goals were already scored by the record champion! Standard does find the net easier with already 13 goals.

Normally I would use Standard on one of the betting slips, but like I wrote there is something special about this game. So probably I will only use it for an over bet.

Gent - Cercle Brugge

While Cercle won their first game of the season in round 5, I don't expect any other outcome than a win for Gent. Okay they did play away during the week so some players could be fatigue or rested but they also have the adrenaline of qualifying for the Europa League.

Gent for the win!

Zulte vs Antwerp

O man, what a game Antwerp had against AZ yesterday. After 30 minutes alreadt 1 man down, coming ahead 1-0 around minute 70 but their goalscorer got his second yellow duting his goal celebration. 30 minutes before the unjury time was over, AZ finally did find the net against the 9 Antwerp warriors. The 30 minutes over time, will be felt during this game.

I do expect a victory for Zulte!

The bets!

Cheers,

Peter
