Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly impressed with Chelsea’s improvement under Thomas Tuchel.

Roman Abramovich has reportedly become tired of Chelsea's third year without a title challenge - and will pay big bucks to end his wait.

Thomas Tuchel could be handed a warchest topping £260million to build a team capable of winning trophies again.

Tuchel was appointed as Chelsea boss following the dismissal of Frank Lampard as Chelsea boss in January.

According to Daily Express, Abramovich is ready to heavily back Tuchel in the summer transfer window.

The report claims Tuchel will be given £260million to strengthen the squad during the summer transfer window.

One player that is expected to join Chelsea in the summer is Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.

Though another way forward would be for Chelsea to off-load a host of fringe players in a bid to finance their latest transfer splash, with Loftus Cheek a player who could be offered as part exchange in what would be a mega-deal with Tuchel's former club Dortmund.
