With half the Premier League games postponed because of the FA Cup the games are easier to analyse and narrow down betting.
Below are the weekend fixture for the Premier league:
Saturday 16.03.19
Bournemouth v Newcastle
Burnley v Leicester
West ham v Huddersfield
Brighton v Cardiff POSTPONED
Watford v Southampton POSTPONED
Wolves v Arsenal POSTPONED
Sunday 17.03.19
Tottenham v Crystal Palace POSTPONED
Fulham v Liverpool
Everton v Chelsea
Usually I would be all over most these fixtures but the FA cup has left a mixed bag of games that hold little value in relation to the potential outcomes.
Bournemouth v Newcastle
Bournemouth being the obvious favourites @11/10 I feel now is a bad time to bet on them. Currently L.Cook, S. Cook and Francis injured alongside Gosling, A.Smith and Stanislas questionable leave a minor dent in a team that blows hot and cold frequently. Adding to this is Newcastle's hot streak winning 3 of the last 4 games. Overall I feel the game has too much diversity within it's risk elements and would be better avoiding.
Prediction: Draw (wont be betting)
Burnley v Leicester
Both teams looking shaky I feel the only element to consider is Burnley need to win because of the being 2 points off the leagues relegation zone. Leicester losing they're last 5 away games this may be a good time to cash in on Burnley at 21/10.
Prediction: Burnley Betting @21/10
West ham v Huddersfield
Straightforward...West ham in form v Huddersfield relegated who have been the whipping boys all season.
Prediction: West Ham Betting @7/10
Sunday Games
Fulham v Liverpool
Thinking back to the early 2000's Fulham was always a bogey team for Liverpool playing away, someone who was always below them and managed to win. This year is much different, Liverpool averaging 2.2 goals per game, Fulham letting in the same amount where as Liverpool have only let in 17 goals all season! Fulham are averaging less than 1 per game.
Prediction: Liverpool (wont be betting)
Everton v Chelsea
Final game of the weekend and the Premier League sees two talented sides both showing mixed results. Everton haven't beaten Chelsea since 2016 and Chelsea are having internal problems right now between the manager, players and owner. Chelsea played away Thursday in the Europa cup v Dynamo Kyiv and managed to win with ease 5-0. Sometimes teams play Thursday and with traveling become a little tired playing 2/3 days later. I expect Chelsea to not be phased and dominated both half's of this game.
Prediction: Chelsea (wont be betting)
FA CUP
My Favourite match of the weekend is actually an FA cup match which doesn't usually happen anymore.
Wolves v Manchester United
Wolves this season have proven themselves to be really solid and even beating much better teams. However recent form they have dropped and Manchester United are in much richer form and confidence regardless of the away loss vs Arsenal. Quarter-Final round I feel that United will step up and take the game as they recently proved they can do vs much better opposition PSG in the Champions League.
Predication: Manchester United Betting @13/10
