Current Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes Alexis Sanchez still has hope to be able to shine back on the field. Sanchez slumped last season by only scoring 2 goals and 4 Assists from the 27 matches he made last season

Sanchez's performance was in the spotlight because besides being sluggish, he also had a very large salary from the Chilean international who continued to receive criticism. Sanchez reportedly received a payment of 350 pounds per second, his salary could have gone up to 500 pounds depending on his performance.

The issue of salary is what makes some clubs retreat to recruit themselves, coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still believes that Sanchez can still produce goals. If his condition is fit he could have produced a goal again.

"He gave me confidence in his abilities, we have to find a way to help him get back to his best performance because in this team there are top players" Ujur Solskjaer
