Frank Lampard who has been without Job since leaving Chelsea last season has been offered a Job by Norwich and Lampard didn't hesitate to reject their offer as he is not ready to manage the team. Norwich has had a bad season since they promoted from Championship and they have been having a difficult time leaving the bottom table. They have had many coach on their radar but Frank Lampard and Dean Smith was their 2 best option but Lampard has refused the offer which means they will be moving their attention to former Aston Villa manager.

Before promoting to the English Premier league Norwich relegated in the 2019-20 season but it doesn't take much time before they came back to the top team, though the championship was not that easy but their resources which they have back then were still with them and they use those players to qualify back. Norwich knows the stress and challenges they had in the Championship thats why they don't want to relegate. They are hoping to get another manager that will help the team out of relegation.

Norwich recorded their first ever win of the season against Brentford last weekend, despite the winning they are currently on the 20th position with 1 win, 8 losses and 1 draw in 11 games played so far.
